We spoke about “Landscape FTOs” versus “systematic FTOs”, using an example “electrical toothbrush with a
Ricardo told us that his original patent pool is “thousands of documents” for FTOs, and that he is boiling them down to “hundreds” in a first step that takes him two (2) work days.
He explained “free harbour” searches, and he touched invalidity searches.
Ricardo then has explained the Espacenet database versus two commercial databases: PCS Dolcera and Orbit Intelligence
