What day of the week will patent applications be published?
WIPO Administration Rules say that International applications shall be published on a given day of the week, see here https://www.wipo.int/en/web/pct-system/texts/ai/s406
For PCT applications at WIPO (WO publications), the regular publication day is Thursday.
A few reference points for comparison:

WIPO (PCT, WO publications): normally Thursday each week. There can be exceptions due to holidays, but in normal operation PCT international applications are published on Thursdays. The official PCT publication server is found here

The Deutsches Patent‑und Markenamt (DPMA) publishes patent applications/utility models on Thursdays (for patents and utility models) under normal conditions.If the publication-day falls on a Bavarian holiday, it may be brought forward by one day.
